Main Responsibility

At Inspire HUB, we are dedicated to providing innovative solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs. The Business Development will be instrumental in driving growth through strategic sales initiatives and fostering strong client relationships. This role will involve approximately 70% new business development and 30% account management. The ideal candidate will utilize their industry knowledge and sales acumen to identify opportunities, propose tailored solutions, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and challenges.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective service solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with existing clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide training and support to clients on service offerings to enhance their experience and engagement.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in sales or business development (a plus).

Technical Skills

Main

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • Strong understanding of service product offerings and their applications.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales management tools to track and manage client interactions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and propose a comprehensive range of services, including but not limited to:
    • Pre-Sales: Engaging with potential clients to assess their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can address them.
    • Implementation: Overseeing the integration of proposed solutions into client operations.
    • Performance Assessment: Conducting evaluations of client systems and recommending enhancements.
    • Security Solutions: Presenting our security services to improve clients' operational resilience.
    • Custom Development: Discussing tailored solutions and ERP systems that align with client requirements.
    • Ongoing Support: Proposing support contracts to ensure continuous client assistance and service.
    • Basic understanding of web technologies and digital marketing strategies.

Extra

  • Familiarity with Odoo or similar ERP systems (a plus).
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (a plus).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, capable of influencing decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus.
