Sr. Odoo Implementer

Inspire HUB is seeking a talented Sr. Odoo Implementer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing the Odoo ERP system to meet the specific needs of our clients. The Odoo Implementer will also provide training and support to users, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation. 

Main Responsibility

At Inspire HUB, we are dedicated to providing outstanding Odoo implementation services that meet our clients' unique business needs. The Odoo Implementer will play a crucial role in the successful deployment of Odoo solutions, ensuring that clients can leverage the full potential of the platform. This position involves approximately 80% implementation of Odoo solutions and 20% client support and training. The ideal candidate will utilize their technical expertise to understand client requirements, configure Odoo to meet those needs, and ensure a smooth transition and ongoing satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements and objectives for Odoo implementation.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with client specifications and workflows.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure effective use of Odoo solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients' post-implementation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation within agreed-upon schedules.
• Prepare documentation and user manuals to assist clients in navigating Odoo functionalities.
• Stay updated on Odoo updates and new features to provide clients with the best solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Odoo or ERP implementation.

Technical Skills

• • Proven experience in Odoo implementation or similar ERP systems.
• • Strong understanding of business processes and how they can be optimized using Odoo.
• • Proficient in configuring and customizing Odoo modules to meet client needs.
  • Experience in accounting and finance.
• • Knowledge in specific business standards and needs( manufacturing, construction, supply chain … ext).
  • Experience with data migration and integration with other systems

• • Familiarity with database management and basic programming skills (Python, SQL) (is a plus).
• • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (is a plus).
