Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years as an IT Helpdesk Engineer.
- Knowledge in virtualization systems (VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V, etc.)
- Knowledge in different services running on Linux systems.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows OS
- Knowledge in Backup Solutions
- Knowledge in Storage Systems (Veeam, etc.)
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
