Main Responsibility
At Inspire HUB, we are committed to delivering exceptional service products that align with our clients' needs. The Senior Services Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing client relationships. This position involves approximately 20% PoC for services and 80% account management and development. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to understand customer requirements, propose suitable service offerings, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Proactively identify and secure new accounts to drive business growth and expand the client portfolio.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling service products to existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of service solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service performance and gather feedback.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Provide training and support to clients on service products as needed.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in sales or account management (Is a plus).
Technical Skills
Main
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the services industry.
- Strong understanding of service product offerings and their applications.
- Strong working experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Must possess the ability to effectively propose our comprehensive range of services to clients. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Pre-Sales: Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how offer solutions to meet those needs.
- Implementation: Implementing the proposed solutions and integrating it into their operations.
- Health Check: Offering assessments to evaluate the current state of clients' systems and recommending improvements.
- Security Operations Center (SoC): Presenting our SoC services to enhance clients' security posture.
- Development: Discussing custom development solutions tailored and ERP solutions to clients' specific requirements.
- Support Contracts: Proposing ongoing support contracts to ensure clients receive continuous assistance and service.
- Should be well-versed in these areas to effectively communicate the value of our offerings and foster strong client relationships.
- Basic understanding of web technologies and digital marketing strategies.
Extra
- Knowledge of Odoo or similar ERP systems (Is a plus).
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Is a plus).
