Odoo Implementer

Main Responsibility
At Inspire HUB, we are dedicated to providing outstanding Odoo implementation services that meet our clients' unique business needs. The Odoo Implementer will play a crucial role in the successful deployment of Odoo solutions, ensuring that clients can leverage the full potential of the platform. This position involves approximately 80% implementation of Odoo solutions and 20% client support and training. The ideal candidate will utilize their technical expertise to understand client requirements, configure Odoo to meet those needs, and ensure a smooth transition and ongoing satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements and objectives for Odoo implementation.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with client specifications and workflows.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure effective use of Odoo solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients' post-implementation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation within agreed-upon schedules.
- Prepare documentation and user manuals to assist clients in navigating Odoo functionalities.
- Stay updated on Odoo updates and new features to provide clients with the best solutions
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Odoo or ERP implementation (is a plus).
Technical Skills
Main
- Proven experience in Odoo implementation or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they can be optimized using Odoo.
- Proficient in configuring and customizing Odoo modules to meet client needs.
Extra
- Experience in accounting and finance is a plus.
- Knowledge in specific business standards and needs( manufacturing, construction, supply chain … ext) is a plus.
- Familiarity with database management and basic programming skills (Python, SQL) is a plus.
- Experience with data migration and integration with other systems (is a plus).
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (is a plus).
Personal Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on Odoo developments and industry trends.
