ERP Business Analyst

Inspire HUB is seeking a talented ERP Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating business needs into effective ERP solutions. The ERP Business Analyst will act as the bridge between clients, stakeholders, and implementation teams, ensuring successful ERP project delivery and user adoption.
Main Responsibility
At Inspire HUB, we are dedicated to providing outstanding ERP implementation services that help organizations optimize their business operations. The ERP Business Analyst will play a key role in understanding client requirements, analyzing existing business processes, identifying gaps, and designing solutions that align business needs with ERP capabilities. This position involves approximately 70% business analysis, process improvement, and solution design, and 30% user training, project coordination, and client support. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical and communication skills to ensure successful ERP implementations and long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and objectives.
- Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flows, and use cases.
- Translate business requirements into functional ERP solution specifications.
- Perform gap analysis between current business processes and ERP system capabilities.
- Work closely with ERP consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, documenting findings and validating solutions.
- Conduct user training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Assist in data migration validation, system configuration reviews, and project documentation.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations to support successful implementations.
- Prepare user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
- Stay updated on ERP best practices, business process improvement methodologies, and industry trends.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, ERP Systems, Odoo, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certifications.
Technical Skills
Main
- Proven experience as an ERP Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they can be improved through ERP solutions.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution documentation.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Experience analyzing and documenting Finance, Accounting, Sales, CRM, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, or Project Management processes.
- Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and managing business validation activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Extra
- Knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
- Knowledge of specific business sectors such as manufacturing, construction, retail, healthcare, logistics, or supply chain.
- Familiarity with database concepts, SQL, and reporting tools.
- Experience with data migration, integrations, APIs, and third-party systems.
- Knowledge of data analysis, business intelligence, and dashboard reporting tools.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.
