The Professional Services Manager will play a crucial role in driving client success through effective service delivery and relationship management. This position will involve approximately 70% project management and service delivery, and 30% client relationship management. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in professional services to ensure the successful implementation of solutions, enhance client satisfaction, and foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of professional services projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and support, to design and implement tailored service solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
- Monitor project performance metrics and client satisfaction levels, using insights to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders, showcasing project outcomes and value delivered.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Provide training and support to clients on service offerings to enhance their experience and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or services management (e.g., ITIL).
Technical Skills

- Proven experience in managing professional services projects, preferably in a technology or service-oriented industry.
- Strong understanding of service delivery processes and methodologies.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools to track project progress and manage client interactions.
- Ability to effectively communicate and propose a comprehensive range of services, including but not limited to:
- Project Planning: Developing project scopes, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Implementation: Overseeing the deployment of solutions and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Performance Assessment: Evaluating project outcomes and recommending enhancements.
- Client Training: Conducting training sessions to ensure clients are equipped to utilize services effectively.
- Ongoing Support: Establishing support frameworks to ensure continuous client assistance and service.
