Sr. ERP Account Manager

Main Responsibility

At Inspire HUB, we are dedicated to providing exceptional ERP solutions that meet our clients' unique needs. The Senior ERP Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales and managing client relationships within the ERP domain. This position involves approximately 20% PoC of ERP solutions and 80% account management and business development. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise to understand customer requirements, propose tailored ERP solutions, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives related to ERP solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling ERP products and services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and implementation teams, to ensure successful deployment of ERP solutions.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review ERP performance, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our ERP offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and enhance service offerings.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to clients on ERP products and best practices.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in sales, account management, or ERP systems (is a plus).

Technical Skills

Main

  • Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the ERP or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of Odoo ERP and their applications in various business environments.
    • Accounting, Purchasing, Inventory, Sales, Project Management, HR, eLearning, etc.
  • Strong working experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies and digital transformation strategies.

Extra

  • Knowledge of other ERP systems (is a plus).
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (is a plus).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends and advancements in ERP technology.
